1.CHEST
MEASURE YOUR CHEST AT ITS YOUR WIDEST POINT.WRAP MEASURING TAPE,RELAX & HOLD YOUR BODY IN A NATURAL STANDING.
2.WAIST
MEASURE AROUND THE NARROWEST POINT. KEEP THE TAPE PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR. DOUBLE CHECK MEASUREMENTS TO ENSURE ACCURACY.
3.HIP
STAND WITH THE FIT TOGETHER AND MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST POINT OF THE HIP. TAPE PARALLEL TO THE FLOOR. FEET APART CAN CREATE MEASUREMENT LARGER THAN YOUR HIP AREA.
4.ARM LENGTH
FIRST MEASURE FROM NAPE OF NECK TO TOP OF YOUR ARM AND THEN MEASURE FROM THE TOP OF YOUR ARM DOWN TO YOUR WRIST.
5.INSIDE LEG
MEASURE FROM THE TOP OF THE INSEAM DOWN TO YOUR ANCLE BONE.
FOR BETTER ACCURACY HAVE SOMEONE TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS FOR YOU.
