Shipping & Returns Policy

 

RETURNS:


We have a 14 days return policy for UK CUSTOMERS, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn,unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in a unwashed condition too.

To start a return, you can contact us at fuulani@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

A proof of purchase is required in order to  complete your return.

Customer must take care of shipping fees while returning item/s.

SHIPPING:

The delivery information and fees are explained below.

Once your order is processed it will be sent by Royal Mail. 

 Orders are shipped one day after your purchase is made. An email will be sent to you just after your purchase is made to confirm your order.

Another email will be sent to you once the order is processed and shipped successfully. There will be a tracking number included in the email.

Free UK Standard delivery (2-5 days)

UK next day Delivery - £4.99 ( order before 1PM)

The next day delivery service will be delivered Mon- Fri by Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that your order needs to be placed before 1PM  to be eligible for next  day Delivery.

 


EUROPEAN SHIPPING RATE:

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - £9.99 ( 5 to 7 days) 

 

 REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING RATE:

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery  24.99 (2-3 days)

 

Please note that your order total and shipping fees do not include custom and duties. This is charged accordingly based on custom rules of your country. It is charged based on your order value of your shipment. For more infos regarding this get in touch with us.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.

 

NB: Items in Sale may be exchanged but they are Non Refundable. This includes discount codes.

Please note that shipping returns costs must be covered by the customer for return item/s. However for exchanges, the replacement product will be taken care of by us.
